Overview

Pookie Apps Family Assistant is a personal, private application used exclusively by the Howett family. It is not a public-facing product and has no external users.

Data Collection

This application accesses the following Google services on behalf of the authorised user:

• Gmail — to read and send family-related emails
• Google Calendar — to read and create calendar events
• Google Drive — to store and retrieve files
• Google Photos — to upload and replace planner images created by this app for smart TV display (photoslibrary.appendonly + photoslibrary.edit.appcreateddata — app-created content only)

Data Usage

• All data accessed is used solely for personal family organisation purposes
• No data is shared with third parties
• No data is stored outside the user's own Google account and the local home server
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking is performed

Data Retention

• Images uploaded to Google Photos are managed by the user directly
• No personal data is retained beyond what is stored in the user's own Google account
